Description:  Strong Class VI extra thickness shows on LIBERTY and the date.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  None noted.  Reverse:  A small die scratch can be seen above the AM in AMERICA.

1919 5¢ WDDO-002

Description:  A moderate Class V doubling shows on the date, chin, ribbon, and the short feather at the back of the neck.  The spread is clockwise and pivots from a point at or near 1:00.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  None noted.  Reverse:  Light, almost diagonal, die scratch extending from the bison’s rear right hoof to the rear left leg.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Die scratches in front of Jefferson's mouth and chin.  Reverse:  Die clash through PL of PLURIBUS; die gouge below second S of STATES; die gouge below O in OF.

Description: Close Class II spread towards the center shows on USA, EPU, and slightly on FIVE. Doubling strongest on OF and the adjacent dots.

Die Markers: Obverse: Die clash at the throat. Short NW/SE die crack through the hair at the top of the head. N/S die scratches at the throat. Reverse: Die clash through EPU.
