Description:  A Class II spread towards the center shows on IGWT.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  E/W die scratches connecting the upper area of the 1 and 9 in the date.  Light SSE die crack from the center loop of the 9 in the date to the rim.  Reverse:  NE die scratch from the left upright of the U in UNITED to the rim.  Short die scratch south from the lower right side of the U in UNITED.  Two very short die scratches south from the lower left side of the N in UNITED.
