Description: Light extra thickness shows on LIBERTY with slight notching on the lower right serifs.

Die Markers: Obverse: Die crack across the base of the bust through the designer's initials. Die scratch extends S from the underside of the chin. Die gouge right of the bottom of the I in AMERICA. Die gouge left of the bottom of the I in IN. Small die gouge inside the O in GOD. Die gouge midway between the R in LIBERTY and the U in QUARTER. Die gouge below the T in QUARTER. Die gouge inside the U in UNITED. Die gouge touches the lower inside of the N in UNITED. Reverse: The reverse is a doubled die listed in the Wexler Doubled Die Files as 2013-P 25¢ SD WDDR-007, doubling shows on the lower part of Thomas Jefferson’s nose. Die crack extends N from the right foot of the suspended worker. Die gouge above the far left post of the scaffolding. Die gouge left of the previous. Die gouge below the hammer of the suspended worker. Die gouge in the field below the M in MOUNT. Die gouge in the field below the N in MOUNT. Two die gouges in the field below the R in RUSHMORE. Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge left of the D in DOLLAR. A few long die gouges above the NIT in UNITED. Die gouge inside the upper curve of the first S in STATES. Short die scratch extends N from the top of the O in OF. Very short NE/SW die scratches just below the ear. Reverse: Very small and short die scratches just NW of the doubling.
