Description:  A strong spread to the east shows on the lips and lower forehead.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A die gouge can be found inside the lower 3.  Reverse:  A horizontal die crack runs through the lower RICA in AMERICA.

1953-S 10¢ WDDR-001

Description:  A Class VI spread to the center shows on the upper letters of USA and the lower letters of ONE DIME.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A small die gouge can be found to the left of the tip of the nose.  A small die gouge can be found below the second T in TRUST.  Reverse:  A strong SW/NE die scratch runs through the lower D in UNITED.
