Description:  Extra thickness shows on the designer's initials, IGWT, and the date.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  Heavy die chip on the bottom of the 4 in the date.  Reverse:  Light die scratch running ENE from right center of the E in STATES and continuing through the last S in STATES.  Small die chip in the field at right center of the F in OF.
