2013P $1 WW WDDR-001

Description:  Doubling shows at the intersection of the 2nd ray clockwise from the head and the right arm of the Statue of Liberty.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  WSW/ENE die scratches run through 28th.  Reverse:  A small die gouge can be found to the left of the upper E in UNITED.
