Description: Doubling shows on the underside of Washington’s earlobe.
Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found to the left of the top of the F in OF. A short die scratch extends north from the upper left O in GOD. A die scratch extends southeast from the queue to the left of the mint mark. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found to the right of the center of the first N in PENNSYLVANIA. A short, vertical die gouge can be found to the left of the center of the R in PLURIBUS.

Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found to the left of the upper 1st S in STATES. A die chip can be found in the upper B of LIBERTY. A small die gouge can be found between the upper L’s of DOLLAR. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found touching the underside of the last 9 in 1999.

1999-S 25¢ Pr PA WDDO-001 "Best Of" Variety
Description: A Class IV spread to the ESE shows on LIBERTY, USA, QUARTER DOLLAR, and slightly on IGWT and the S mint mark. The hub was also tilted resulting in the strongest spread being on the left side of the obverse and the spread decreasing as you move from left to right across the obverse.
