Description:  Doubling shows at the intersection of the 2nd ray clockwise from the head and the right arm of the Statue of Liberty.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  None significant.  Reverse:  A small die gouge can be found between the lower I and T in UNITED.  A die gouge can be found to the right of the top of the second S in STATES.
