Description:  A spread towards the center shows on STATES OF, the top of the fasces, the top of the axe, and some of the upper leaves.  Extra thickness shows on EPU.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  None significant.  Reverse:  Die scratches running mostly N/S can be found to the left of the first U in UNUM.
