1976-D 1¢ Damaged Mint Mark Punch

Description: An apparent split lower serif is the result of a damaged mint mark punch. It is not a RPM.

Description:  D/D Titled (Rotated)

Die Markers:  Obverse:  WNW/ESE die scratch in the lower opening of the R in TRUST. N/S die scratch to the right and center of the R in LIBERTY.  Reverse:  None visible. Circulated specimen was examined. Better examples are needed for examination.
