Description:  Doubling shows on the underside of Washington’s earlobe.

Die Markers:  Obverse:  A heavy die scratch runs from SW to NE between the lower T and E of UNITED.  A small die gouge can be found above the O in GOD.  Reverse:  A short die gouge can be found above the right side of the B in BAY.
