Die Markers:Obverse: A small die gouge can be found at the rim just to the left of the 2nd T in TRUST Reverse: A short die gouge runs south from the top of the 7th bay. A die scratch runs SSW from the bottom of the 1st S in STATES. A die scratch runs parallel to the right side of the 1st column. Other die scratches can be found throughout the reverse.
